Your Journey with BCNC
How does it all work?
Our team of support staff strive to contact all patients in a timely manner. Our practice triages all incoming referrals with our clinicians to ensure that we are able to accommodate urgent and emerging health symptoms.

Step 1
Get a referral from your GP or referring doctor and make an appointment with us.
Our team will work alongside the referred doctor to ensure your referral is accepted. Our support team will contact you to make an appointment that is mutually suitable and will send you through appointment details including financial consent.

Step 2
Visiting our clinic for a consultation or via telehealth.
You will be allocated an appointment to see the doctor who will discuss your personal history, symptoms and any treatment options. We understand this may be overwhelming at times, so we encourage that you write down any specific details you may want to discuss. Step 3
Treatment and Surgery
If you require further treatment or scans our administrative and nursing support teams will be on hand to help navigate this with you. The teams will discuss with you all treatment option costs and availability so that you are fully informed of your choices.

Step 4
Post-operative review and Support
Our nursing team will be on hand post-operatively to discuss your ongoing care at home and will make follow up appointments with our doctors to ensure that you care is continued and supported all through your recovery period.
